When the sun is in Aquarius, the moon will be in the opposite sign – Leo. It is therefor beneficial both to focus on your ankles (Aquarius) and your heart and spine (Leo).

Breath Work & Meditation
Aquarius natural element is Air, so focusing on breath work is perfect during Aquarius season. Aquarius is mentally restless, so try breathing exercises and meditation to help you come out of your head and ground yourself down into your body.
Set an intention to ground yourself, and center yourself by relaxing and turning inward, connecting with your breath. As you inhale, imagine that you are inhaling the energy of the Earth, up your roots, and up through the soles of your feet. Exhale from the Root Chakra down your legs, through your feet, and down your roots to the center of the Earth. Repeat this several times, focusing on how grounded your legs and hips feel with the energy flow.
Practice self-acceptance this month and be patient and kind with yourself. Treat yourself to a nice foot massage with special focus on your ankles, eat delicious exotic fruits and indulge in green tea and green tea kombucha – all connected to the water-bearer and the month of Aquarius.
