Aries – Relaxation
When the sun is in Aries (head), the moon will be in the opposite sign – Libra (lower back). It is therefor beneficial both to focus on your head (Aries) and your lower back (Libra)
Aries is also the sign, and the season of the Spring Equinox.
Focus on your head – or more importantly; to come out of it
Savasana – deep relaxation. Add some rejuvenation for your head by rubbing some calming balm or lavender oil on your forehead and temples, and place a light eye pillow on top of your eyes.
Meditation – Aries season is the perfect time to practice your favorite meditation. Take some time for stillness, come out of your head and drop down in to your body, ahhh… feels good doesn’t it.
Childspose – gently rocking your head side to side, massaging your third eye.

Breath Work & Meditation
Aries natural element is fire, and Aries energy can be headstrong, stubborn and impatient. Preferably Aries would have liked everything to have happened yesterday. And even though all this fiery Aries energy is excellent if you needed some creative energy for what you’re working on, or you want to get started on something, the energy this month can also make us feel burned out if we’re not careful to balance ourselves as we go. Tap into the go-getter Aries energy as needed, but be sure to ground yourself with breath-work and meditation in between the battles.
Being the zodiac sign that hosts the Spring Equinox – equinox meaning equilibrium -Aries season is the perfect time to stop and take some time to check in with yourself and finding back to your own inner equilibrium.
My favorite fiery breath-work is the Ego Eradicator. The Aries energy can often get us too caught up in being number one, plowing our way through life, and the Ego Eradicator is the perfect exercise to help us let go of our Ego and our need to always be the best.
Aries being connected to the head, makes this the perfect month to book a relaxing head massage. Or what about a new haircut or a rejuvenating mask for your hair?
Being part of the season of the Spring equinox, bring the awareness of balance into everything you do. See if you can find the equilibrium between action and patience. Between me and we. Having control and letting go. But also when it comes to what you eat. Have a cooling starter followed by a spicy main course. Cooling cucumber vs hot and spicy chili, black pepper and ginger. Be creative, and use this month to find balance in all aspects of your life. At the equinox even the earth stops and adjusts for a moment – you should give yourself that gift too.
