Gemini – Mindfulness & Ease
When the sun is in Gemini, the moon will be in the opposite sign – Sagittarius. It is therefor beneficial both to focus on your Shoulders (Gemini) and your hips) (Sagittarius)

Gemini is the first air sign of the zodiac so open the windows and get in some fresh air! Being an air sign, Gemini season is also an excellent time to focus on pranayama and breath work. It’s absolutely magical what a couple of conscious deep breaths can do to your body and mind. One of the things I love the most about the breath is that it is always there – always available when you need it, and there is a sense of security in that. If you want to make it even more calming, take a couple of deep breaths while in a standing forward fold (uttanasana). The effect of spending some time upside down while breathing has an amazingly calming affect on the body and mind.
